Arthroleptis adelphus occurs in lowland forests where it lives in leaf-litter on the forest floor. It avoids marshy areas. It is a common species that occurs in several protected areas. It can be negatively impacted by forest loss for agriculture, wood, and human settlement.[1]

Камерунская пискунья[1] (лат. Arthroleptis adelphus) — вид бесхвостых земноводных из семейства пискуний. Длиной около 3 см.
Обитает в лесах южного Камеруна, экваториальной Гвинеи (включая остров Биоко) и Габона. Возможно ареал данного вида шире, некоторые особи были отмечены также в юго-западной ЦАР, Демократической Республики Конго и Республики Конго[2]. На юге и востоке своего ареала встречаются разрознено[2].
Живут среди опавшей листвы на настиле низменных лесов, избегая топкие места. Предпочитают леса с высокорослыми деревьями с плотным пологом[2].
