Devario apogon és una espècie de peix de la família dels ciprínids i de l'ordre dels cipriniformes.

Morfologia

Els mascles poden assolir els 5,1 cm de longitud total.^[3][4]

Distribució geogràfica

Es troba al riu Irrawaddy (Yunnan, Xina).^[3]

Devario apogon is a fish from the Yunnan province of China which is not dissimilar to Devario shanensis. The fish appears to grow to a maximum of 5–6 cm and is found in the Irrawaddy drainage in Yunnan, China.^[1]

Devario apogon is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van de eigenlijke karpers (Cyprinidae).^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1981 door Chu.
