Microscopy is needed, of course… Recognized by sight: Found in a meadow beside a mixed beech and oak woods on a foray with the XIX International conference on the fungal taxa and plant communities in the Mediterranean group in Avezzano, Abruzzo Region, Italy led by Loreto Guglietti of GEMA (Group Ecological Mycological Abruzzese).
