My name is Zhi-Shun Song. I got my PhD degree from the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China in March, 2008 and now I am an assistant research fellow in the same institution. My research interests are taxonomy, phylogeny and biogeography of the families Dictyopharidae and Fulgoridae (Hemiptera: Fulgoroidea) in the Oriental and eastern Palaearctic Regions, especially Oriental Region including Southeast Asia and South Asia. I also focus on taxonomy of the jumping bristletails (Microcoryphia) and the centipedes (Scolopendromorpha) in China and the adjacent regions Credentials: Education & Research: 07/2007 – present: Assistant professor, Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. 09/2004 – 07/2007: Ph.D. in Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China.
