Asphodelus aestivus is a species of perennial herb in the family Asphodelaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves and dry fruit. Flowers are visited by Bumble Bees, Rhodanthidium septemdentatum, Euchloe ausonia, and Scaeva pyrastri.
