Cerataulina pelagica is a species of diatoms in the family Hemiaulaceae. They are native to SãO Paulo, Alagoas, Pernambuco, Rio De Janeiro, Sergipe, Paraná, Pará, Espirito Santo, and Bahia. Dead Cerataulina pelagica form siliceous oozes.
