Chaetoceros eibenii is a species of diatoms in the family Chaetocerotaceae. They are native to Rio De Janeiro, SãO Paulo, Espirito Santo, Rio Grande Do Sul, Paraná, and Santa Catarina. Dead Chaetoceros eibenii form siliceous oozes.
