Chroococcus turgidus is a species of Bacteria in the family Chroococcaceae. They are native to GoiáS, Distrito Federal, SãO Paulo, Santa Catarina, Minas Gerais, Rio De Janeiro, Pará, and Rio Grande Do Sul.
