Emilia fosbergii (Florida Tasselflower) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is native to Maranhao, São Paulo, Pará, Ceará, Alagoas, Piauí, Paraná, Pantanal, Amazônia, Espirito Santo, Tocantins, Caatinga, Roraima, Mato Grosso do Sul, Acre (Brazil), Minas Gerais, Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso, Rio Grande do Sul, Amapá, Cerrado, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte, Amazônia, Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, Paraíba, Mata Atlântica, Distrito Federal, Sergipe, Goiás, Pampa, and Rondônia. Florida Tasselflower has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Zizeeria. Florida Tasselflower is a photoautotroph. Individuals can grow to 2.5 m.
