New Guinea Snapper

Elseya novaeguineae^[5] är en sköldpaddsart som beskrevs av Adolf Bernard Meyer 1874. Arten ingår i släktet Elseya och familjen ormhalssköldpaddor.^[6][7] IUCN kategoriserar Elseya novaeguineae globalt som livskraftig.^[1] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.^[6] Arten återfinns på Nya Guinea.^[6][7]
