Walterinnesia aegyptia (Desert Cobra) is a species of snakes in the family Elapids. It is found in the Palearctic and the Afrotropics. Individuals can grow to 616.58 g. Walterinnesia aegyptia has sexual reproduction. Reproduction is dioecious.
