Marasmius concinnus Ellis & Kv. Proc. Acad. Phila. 1893 :
441. 1894.
Pileus minute, convex, cespitose, 1 ram. broad; surface pruinose, smoky-brown: lamellae adnate, subdistant, pruinose, the edges obtuse: spores globose, hyaline, 3 m: stipe attenuate above, white, hairy-strigose below, pruinose-pubescent at the apex, 2 mm. long.
Type locality: Mt. Cuba, Delaware.
Habitat: Dead Euonymus twigs.
Distribution: Known only from the type locality.
