Canavalia brasiliensis (Brazilian Jackbean) is a species of perennial herb in the family legumes. They are climbers. They are native to Mato Grosso, Roraima, Paraná, ParaíBa, Acre (Brazil), Sergipe, SãO Paulo, Rio De Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Ceará, Rio Grande Do Sul, Cerrado, U.S. Virgin Islands, Pernambuco, Mata Atlântica, The Contiguous United States, Rio Grande Do Norte, GoiáS, RondôNia, Bahia, Distrito Federal, Alagoas, Espirito Santo, Pará, Caatinga, Amazônia, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Piauí, Maranhao, and Tocantins. They have broad leaves.
