Rubus canadensis (Smooth Blackberry) is a species of shrub in the family Rosaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to United States, Eastern North America, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, The Contiguous United States, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves and drupe. Flowers are visited by Northern Cloudywing, Scepsis, Pearl Crescent, and Physoconops sylvosus. Individuals can grow to 3 m.
