Houttuynia cordata (Chameleon) is a species of perennial herb in the family Saururaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Taiwan, South Korea, India, Japan, Bhutan, China, North Korea, Himalayas, and Nepal. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by marmalade hoverfly.
