Houttuynia cordata (Chameleon) is a species of perennial herb in the family Saururaceae. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is native to India, Taiwan, North Korea, Japan, Himalayas, Nepal, South Korea, China, and Bhutan. Chameleon has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Marmalade hoverfly. Chameleon is a photoautotroph.
