Callirhoe involucrata (Purple Poppymallow) is a species of perennial herb in the family mallows. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and North America. They have simple, broad leaves and red flowers. Flowers are visited by Lithurgopsis littoralis, Melissodes tristis, Clouded Skipper, and Halictus tripartitus. Individuals can grow to 1 feet.
