Ribes hudsonianum (Northern Black Currant) is a species of shrub in the family gooseberries. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, Alaska, and Western North America. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Andrena sigmundi, Hawthorn Andrena, and Honey bee. Individuals can grow to 5 feet.
