Ceanothus velutinus (Snowbrush Ceanothus) is a species of tree in the family Rhamnaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Western North America, The Americas, The Contiguous United States, United States, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves, white flowers, and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by hoverfly, Conophorus sackenii, Black Tail Bumble Bee, and Basal Masked Bee. Individuals can grow to 3.2 m.
