Eriastrum densifolium (Giant Woollystar) is a species of perennial herb in the family Polemoniaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and North America. Flowers are visited by Vanessa cardui, Vanessa annabella, Argynnis callippe macaria, and Argynnis coronis semiramis.
