They are native to Grenada, Saint Kitts And Nevis, Netherlands Antilles, Cuba, The Dominican Republic, Saint Lucia, Haiti, The Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Cayman Islands, Barbados, The Neotropics, Trinidad And Tobago, U.S. Virgin Islands, Antigua And Barbuda, British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Saint Vincent And The Grenadines, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Virgin Islands, U.s., Saint Barthelemy, The Contiguous United States, and Martinique. They have broad leaves, white flowers, and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Typical Orchid Bees. Individuals can grow to 60 feet.
