They are native to Grenada, Saint Kitts And Nevis, Netherlands Antilles, Cuba, Puerto Rico, The Dominican Republic, Saint Lucia, Haiti, The Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Barbados, Trinidad And Tobago, U.S. Virgin Islands, Antigua And Barbuda, British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Saint Vincent And The Grenadines, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Virgin Islands, U.s., Saint Barthelemy, The Neotropics, The Contiguous United States, and Martinique. They have broad leaves, white flowers, and capsule fruit. Individuals can grow to 60 feet.
