Epitonium tenellum (F. W. Hutton 1885)

Epitonium tenellum is a species of snails in the family staircase shells. They are native to New Zealand Exclusive Economic Zone and Tasman Sea. Dead Epitonium tenellum form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 9 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
