Cerithium columna is a species of snails in the family Cerithiidae. They are native to Philippines Exclusive Economic Zone, Kermadec Islands, Natal, and New Zealand Exclusive Economic Zone. Dead Cerithium columna form shallow marine sediments. They have sexual reproduction.
