Hexasepalum apiculatum (Stiff Buttonweed) is a species of shrub in the family Rubiaceae. They have a procumbent growth form. They are native to Amazônia, Puerto Rico, Caatinga, Cerrado, Pampa, and U.S. Virgin Islands. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.11 m.
