Lonchitis hirsuta (Tomato Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Lonchitidaceae. They are native to Puerto Rico, Mata Atlântica, Rio De Janeiro, and Amazônia. They have bipinnate + pinnatifid leaves. They have alternation of generations.
