Owenia fusiformis (Spindle Shaped Tubeworm) is a species of segmented worms in the family Oweniidae. They are surficial modifiers. Individuals can grow to 100 mm. They have asexual reproduction. Reproduction is iteroparous, gonochoristic, and semelparous. They are sessile crawlers.
