Sphagnum capillifolium (Red Bog Moss) is a species of woody plants in the family Sphagnaceae. They are native to Minas Gerais, Rio De Janeiro, Espirito Santo, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Pampa, Paraná, North America, Amazônia, Bahia, SãO Paulo, Mata Atlântica, Rio Grande Do Sul, and Santa Catarina.
