Adiantum latifolium (Broadleaf Maidenhair) is a species of perennial herb in the family Pteridaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Santa Catarina, Mata Atlântica, Pernambuco, Ceará, Mato Grosso, ParaíBa, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Espirito Santo, Amazônia, Rio De Janeiro, RondôNia, Alagoas, Pará, GoiáS, Bahia, Acre (Brazil), Minas Gerais, Tocantins, SãO Paulo, Roraima, Maranhao, Paraná, Piauí, Amapá, and Distrito Federal. They have compound, broad leaves. They have alternation of generations.
