Mesoplodon grayi (Gray's Beaked Whale) is a species of mammals in the family Unidentified Ziphiidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean, and Pacific Ocean. They are diurnal carnivores. Individuals can grow to 6.2 m. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on swimming and lift powered swimming to move around.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
