Acrosterigma biradiatum is a species of mussels in the family Cardiidae. They are native to Natal, Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone, Mascarene Islands, and Mozambique Channel. Dead Acrosterigma biradiatum form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 28.2 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
