DISTRIBUTION: Adacnarca nitens is a circumantarctic species which extends to the South Shetlands, South Orkneys and South Sandwich Islands to South Georgia. Throughout its range it has been recorded in 8-2350 m. In the Ross Sea it is known in 8-923 m.”
