Pyreneola cincinnata is a species of snails in the family Columbellidae. They are native to Madagascan Exclusive Economic Zone, Mascarene Islands, Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone, and Natal. Dead Pyreneola cincinnata form shallow marine sediments. They have sexual reproduction.
