Oxytropis splendens (Whorled Locoweed) is a species of perennial herb in the family legumes. They are native to Alaska, The Contiguous United States, and Canada. They have purple flowers. Flowers are visited by Osmia longula, Icaricia saepiolus, and Drasteria hudsonica. Individuals can grow to 1 feet.
