Venegasia carpesioides (Canyon Sunflower) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Copestylum marginatum, Chlosyne gabbii atrifasciata, Andrena sola, and Pale Swallowtail.
