This and another post show what appear to be longhorn beetles on a ceanothus just buzzing with insect life. I'd assumed they were the same species; but have taken advice to separate these shots into two posts. I'd love to hear any opinions about these creatures.

This beetle flew full speed into my picture window. I've not seen one like this in the Summit County area. Can someone help me name it?
