Vulpes chama (Cape Fox) is a species of mammals in the family Canidae. They are native to Namibia, Botswana, South Africa, Ethiopia, and Angola. They are nocturnal omnivores. Individuals are known to live for 120 months and can grow to 532.2 mm. They have parental care (female provides care and paternal care). They rely on running to move around.
