Chaetoceros diversus is a species of diatoms in the family Chaetocerotaceae. They are native to Alagoas, Rio De Janeiro, Sergipe, Pernambuco, Bahia, Rio Grande Do Sul, SãO Paulo, and Paraná. Dead Chaetoceros diversus form siliceous oozes.
