Syzygium jambos (Malabar Plum) is a species of tree in the family myrtles. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Hawaiian Islands and Southeast Asia. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Amazilia fimbriata, Atrichopogon yamabukiensis, Wasp, and Asian hornet. Individuals can grow to 13 m.
