Simrothiellidae Salvini-Plawen, 1978. Zoologica, 44 (128): 25.

Sclerites hollow-acicular or solid-elongate to scaly. Radula biserial (rows of paired denticulate radula plates or bars); anterio-ventral radula sack (when present) paired. Lateroventral foregut glandular organs with various configuration, but not of the so-called type A (i.e. subepithelially arranged gland cells with outleading ducts).”
