Rasbora sumatrana (Bleeker 1852)

Inhabits streams and creeks with moderate to swift, relatively cold and well-oxygenated water (Ref. 7050). Lives in hill streams to lowland peats (Ref. 57235). Found in medium to large rivers and brooks of the middle Mekong (Ref. 12975). Occurs in running waters of lower Mekong (Ref. 36667).

Rasbora sumatrana is a species of ray-finned fish in the genus Rasbora which is found in south-east Asia in the Chao Praya and the Mekong as well as on Sumatra and in western Borneo.
