Adult males have been found feeding on dead turtles and dead fish but are also attracted to flowers. There is a dry-season and a wet-season form.

Abantis pseudonigeriana is een vlinder uit de familie van de dikkopjes (Hesperiidae).[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1984 door Usher.
