Calidris canutus rufa is a subspecies of birds in the family Scolopacidae. They are listed as endangered by COSEWIC. They are native to The Nearctic and The Neotropics. They are solitary, diurnal carnivores. They have parental care (female provides care and paternal care). They rely on flight to move around.
