Miconia is a genus of tree in the family melastomes. They are climbers. They are native to U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Flowers are visited by Vireo, Selasphorus, Puerto Rican Tanager, and march flies. Individuals can grow to 9.8 m.
