Aechmea nudicaulis (Nakedstem Livingvase) is a species of perennial herb in the family bromeliads. They are succulent plants. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Puerto Rico, Mata Atlântica, Cerrado, and The Neotropics. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Hylocharis cyanus, Minute Hermit, Brazilian Ruby, and Amazilia fimbriata.
