Carex deweyana (Dewey Sedge) is a species of perennial grass in the family sedges. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Western North America, The Contiguous United States, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves and green flowers. Individuals can grow to 1.2 m.
