Carex lasiocarpa (Slender Sedge) is a species of perennial grass in the family sedges. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Alaska, Canada, North America, The Contiguous United States, and Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.65 m.
