Bothriochloa barbinodis (Cane Bluestem) is a species of perennial herb in the family true grasses. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Mato Grosso Do Sul, Pantanal, North America, Pampa, Rio Grande Do Sul, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Individuals can grow to 4 feet.
