Varanus salvadorii (Crocodile Monitor) is a species of monitor lizards in the family monitor lizards. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Australia. They are solitary, diurnal carnivores. They have sexual reproduction. Reproduction is oviparous. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on arboreal (locomotion) and running to move around.
