Three miles WNW of Camptonville. Conifer-hardwood mixed type. Conifers are semidense, mostly young growth with a scattering of old trees. Species: Pseudotsugamenziesii var.glauca (=Pseudotsuga taxifolia), Pinus ponderosa, Quercus kelloggii, Arbutus menziesii. Assoc. spp.: Pinus lambertiana, Abies concolor, Notholithocarpus densiflorus (=Lithocarpus densiflora). (Air photo 119-58). Quad name: Smartsville. Quad number: 50.
