Description: English: Sound produced by the death watch beetle, Xestobium rufovillosum (Coleoptera, Anobiidae) to attract mates. The sound is produced by knocking the head regularly on a wooden substratum. Location : Hameau de Mons, Assier, Lot, France Recorded with a Zoom H2n + noise reduction filter in Audacity.
