- I am an amateur entomologist who has been working for 3 years with the expert on North American Psocoptera, Dr. Edward L. Mockford of Illinois State University. I have visited his lab and he has visited me here in San Marcso, TX for collecting expeditions and consultation. We are currently working on a paper in which we (mostly, he) describe 3 new species of Indiopsocus that occur in Texas. I have submitted numerous images to BugGuide, adding multiple species to thier list. I always go to great length to make sure my ID is correct. I also have a webpage on "Psocoptera of Texas.
